This is one of the Google tricks to a lower pagerank blog or website. Who know a small blog or website? You can improve that by login into AdsBlackList.com and submit your url and generate the lower CPC's url.
Then copy all 200 url and paste into your account.
Adsense account -> Manage account -> Competitive Ad Filter -> Done!
